That is both juicier and more palatable an idea.
Oh, I was thinking of a zannier “LD is appledash’s kid and travels to the past somehow for some whacky or contrived reason”, ala Back to the Future…
Ah, that’d do it. You have to wonder what loopy turn of events would have to transpire for LD to be the parent of one of Dash’s kids. But, mistakes into miracles.
I’m partially colourblind and the colours look close enough to me.
And it wasn’t a serious comment in any case.
The foal has a different mane style (and it is tri-colored), a different coat color and a different eye color, so I don’t follow.
