My sentiments exactly. One often understated benefit of reforming her is that it would’ve allowed her to display her full potential. It would’ve been amazing to see her working as an ally, if only for one episode. It would’ve upped the scale dramatically and really shown what she was capable of when she didn’t have to take the L for plot reasons.

It’s such a pity they were never able to reform Chrysalis. She’d have been a hell of an ally. At the least, the ponies would have some-pony who actually knew how to fight properly. She was an egotistical hothead, but many of her plans would have worked were it not for the ponies’ plot armor.
