Backstory for this is Anon got adopted by Shining Armor and Cadance since he got thrown into Equestria at a young age. Flurry becomes his adoptive overprotective older sister. Also the regular Anon question mark face looks a bit wrong when Anon is young, so this time around he has an actual face

Very nice
I don’t care for Question Mark Face Anon, but he’s so common that it’s stopped bothering me. However, I’ve always preferred when Anon has an actual face, and I tend to like the content a lot better then too.
Also, why would you need privacy when you can snuggle your big sister Flurry Heart?
