The art is actually well done. Line work is nice and shading and lighting is great. The artist clearly achieved what they set out to do.
Fluttershy’s resemblance to a certain maoi carving ain’t my cup of tea but clearly some people dig it.

Olive skin Fluttershy is where it’s at! And the hair is exactly as you say!!! Since in the buckball episodes she uses her tail, I thought it would be nice to at least make her hair magical in a way.

Those are all just different headcanons. There are so many posibilities of every character being different so I just like to imagine that.
Top right is a bit too masculine for my taste.
