Where? Not here (me), that’s for sure. There’s a certain connection between mother and child in that way.

The whole species doesn’t. Some cultures think that breastfeeding is fine, even in public, others don’t. Yeah, though; I wish ours (I assume you are from the same society as me) practiced it more (and not for pervy reasons!)
Not where I live. what isn’t well looked upon is removing your shirt and just letting and unused breast hang about like an invitation for another baby.
