BTW, The “Daily Value” system is probably not near as fine tuned as it should be to each individual’s need, so one has to take interest in their health.
Nice to know, thanks. Raw Garlic Cloves might be a better choice, though, if one eats them slowly enough. They’re good at helping the respiratory system, after one eats enough of them. Just don’t eat them too quickly, like I did multiple times… I’d need to take my shirt off and lay down for 5 minutes afterwards. Raw Onions are the same way (though I juiced onions in those few cases.)

Peppermint Tea most obviously helps when someone first overeats, and then feels queasy over it. I’ve had that experience, and the tea does help nicely.
I occasionally look into the functions of food, and I have a Kombucha (Fermented Probiotic Tea) Crock.

I didn’t know that. That explains why 2-D in the Saturnz Barz Gorillaz music video requested a cup of peppermint tea after being force fed by haunted food.
Peppermint tea also has virucidal properties that can shorten the length of the cold or flu.
That might just indicate overeating. Peppermint Tea helps food digest quicker.
