Yeah you got a point. Saying shut up is pretty rude, but like I said, it’s ok to not like something. As long as you respect the people who do like it.
But disliking a certain kind of fan is an opinion in and of itself and they shouldn’t be told to shut up. Besides, telling people to shut up is still rude.
They weren’t telling people with a different opinion to shut up. They were just telling people who had a problem with Luna fans to shut up. If you like another princess, that’s totally ok. It’s not a fandom rule to only like Luna. As long as if you don’t have a problem with people who love Luna you’re ok.
