i rather not draw cal arts and i don’t draw lewd stuff for me i’m focused on classic horror characters but as ponies, (because i have no idea on what to draw for MLP FIM characters i only draw them if i have an idea) i also want to stay away from twitter or Facebook and stick to deviant art.
 
this sort of thing is unfair really people who do hard work yet get little attention but not as good artist who only do it for clicks or whatever get more is ridiculous

Suffice it to say, if you pour a hundred hours into professional-grade work but don’t have a rabid fanbase, expect only a few dozen upvotes, but if you got randomly popular and doodle a CalArts Fluttershy lifting a leg, you’re going to push quadruple digits.

ya and when you think about it good art SHOULD help you get connections not just by talking to people i mean a way for people to know who you are is by your work first like applying for a job
