Yeah, I don’t really see her as ‘bad’ either.
Maybe malicious, with her well of ideas how to press every cap out of someone.
But she does so ‘honestly’, without torture or murder or shit like that.
Guilt trip, maybe, and vigilant for every cap.

She can and did live up to her name with Turkey Glory, and near the finale (during the brood attack).
