OC Safe Haven for the 2020 Community Collab. Unable to get in touch with her original creator to check if she should be added, although I don’t know if he’s even in the fandom any more.
 
That said, she really was more owned by the community of /mlp/ on 4Chan.  
And last time I heard from her creator, he stated I was about the only one really making new art of her these days.
 
Yes, that’s the Hagwarders symbol on her necklace.
