Well done! And a very well done humanization. When I first saw it, I was “who are these people?” You had their ponysonas subtle enough to let their human forms stand out as humans, but you could tell who was which pony with a careful observation.

The Pinkie is the biggest departure and surprise to me. Her being a redhead works. She seems like the lady in the office who might rub me the wrong way but means well. …and I’d probably like her if I got to know her.
 
I like how subdued Twilight’s outfit is. She looks introverted! Like if in S1E1 when she wasn’t in class she’d dress down into something plain and duller like this. Looks like a cross between me and my sister’s style of dress.

I think it’s supposed to be like business attire because she’s a business owner but it’s fashion industry so she needs to pop and look ‘creative’. Almost like “business in the front, party in the back”

and that’s how you make good diverse humanizations. I love fluttershy and rarity… but I think twilight should be a little girlier… just saying…

i love twilight’s outfit a lot. so many humanizations have her in a school outfit or preppy clothes, but twilight isn’t really that uptight. she seems like someone who likes smart casual wear.

Better than the usual fare, but something about Pink and Rare’s hair rubs me the wrong way.
 
Pinkie i think is the color, Rare is some little dissonance between business attire and the ends dyed an unnatural color.
