Granted, that last part might actually not be a century of sleep but a century of darkness from a day of snoring or so.

It’s probably like how most of us have theorized. Adults live in Nowheresville, migrate to the Dragon Lands, lay eggs, and ditch, leaving the teen dragons to be all Lord of the Flies until they too reach adulthood in a couple centuries. :3
