Prince Dawn, son of Queens Celestia and Twilight Sparkle. He is the eldest of their children, and the one with the strangest birth. He was born an earth pony, to the shock of equestria. But once he unlocked his inner magic and his powerful unicorn genes, his ascendance awoke. His talent is Light Magic, protecting others with literal sunshine and friendship. He’s quite a gentleman, and to the public the example of perfect royalty. Personally, he is a huge nerd. He inherits Mom Twilight’s neurotic panic and love of learning. He also took of Momma Tia’s knack for playfulness and pranks, and a very heavy love for cake and everything sweet. He is a natural leader, calm under immediate pressure and quite a bit more socially capable than his mother.
 
Princess Dusk, daughter of Queens Celestia and Twilight Sparkle. She is the youngest of the two, and the only pegasus. Her talent is Dying Light, healing magic which is amplified by the setting of the sun. She exceeds expectations in potion-making, using her talent to heal ponies in need. Dusk’s filly years are tough on her, due to a completely unfounded rumor Mom Twi cheated on Momma with Aunt Luna. Otherwise, Dusk is a sweet and excitable filly. She takes after Twilight’s love of books and Celestia’s unending compassion for others.
