I’m not sure about what you said if many people put links to other sites and don’t happen something like it. Also any OC can be with Cream Heart, but this doesn’t ensure a lot of points easily. I’m trying to said that here the users is just inflating pics that doesn’t deserves so many points

It’s Shino, he has so many people following him on derpi, tumblr(?) and twitter and everywhere else, which all links back to derpi so it inflates his scores a LOT. Easy way to ensure as many people as possible see - and therefore like/fav - your stuff is to have an established fan base on many sites and direct them all to here.
It also helps that a lot of people like and follow tags like oc:cream heart.
I like it, but 860 points is too much for only a draw of one semi-random OC with Cream Heart doing anything special

Normally Cream Heart is a good mother. Dedicated and loving but not afraid to become firm when needed.
