Given it looks to have EISA-length ports mixed with PCI (not PCI-E) slots, in addition to what appears to be Socket 7, IDE ports, and no dedicated CPU power connector, my estimation would pin this as a 1995 motherboard. In that time, PC parts were crazy, and it is quite possible for this to have come out of a PC that was just straight-up backwards. I have a motherboard that is arranged very oddly, where the rear panel connector is next to the ISA slots, with the CPU on the complete other side of the board.

who fucked that up? why are the RAM slots on the left of the CPU and the ports on the right? that thing won’t fit into a standard case
