Yeah, and she might even accidentally scare Penumbra too, then cry and hug her and apologize profusely for it later.
Oh yeah we all know that, but the idea of her out raging and as a result scaring the crap out Sombra is still pretty amusing to me.
Flutters suplexed a bear and stared down a dragon; she would be terrifying if someone she cared about was in danger or- Celestia forbid- hurt.
I like this idea, even better if it shows a larger shadow of Anger, radiating off a calm looking Fluttershy, with a confused Penumbra and an “oh crap” expression on Sombra. Seeing the king go from extreme rage to “Fluttershy is angry, were all gonna die.” would be the best thing.
I don’t know if that’s true or not.
Or having him end up having a touching father daughter moment, with him comforting her by telling her about how her mother showed him like how to be kind and caring.
You know, in his own way, like not having her learn not to be mean and even evil.
For good measure, have King Sombra go Dark Papa Wolf on whatever scared his daughter
then again Flutters makes pretty much anything adorable so.. that makes sense

I now want to see Sombra shed tears of joy seeing Penumbra talk down to other ponies in a soulcrushing way with a disgusted/angry Fluttershy.

I like Penumbra already. She’s got her attitude from her father, I see. And I personally don’t care if there are a thousand other OCs named the same thing. OCs are developed individually away from other fans, and sometimes the same name just happens to get chosen. It already happened to me, and I don’t even make OCs.
Here’s a few suggestions.
Caliga derived from caliginous
Atramenta from atramentous
Aphotaelyn from aphotic
Obfuscilla from obfuscous
Feel free to list suggestions then if the name bothers you.
But is it really that hard to find an original name for an oc?
Just google ‘other words for shadow’ or ‘dark’ or something, Jesus this tag has 63 images of probably 63 different ocs.
