well, she’s not exactly wrong. I mean she is wrong, but there are a lot of good reasons to suspect that, and it might not be far from the truth. what she doesn’t know about is the nightmare, and… without the assumption that the nightmare was controlling luna, it does kinda look like the elements of harmony enchanted her into being good. and without knowing about the elements of harmony, it does kinda look like celestia was the one who benefitted from this the most, thus the prime suspect for any shenanigans. she also doesn’t know just how horrible luna was when under the nightmare’s influence, since it concealed itself from tempest until her exile.
 
quite honestly the only assurance we have that the nightmare was an evil entity possessing the good princess luna came from luna herself, after being potentially under the control of the elements of harmony.
 
then there’s the fenced off border, indicating ponies have some reason to sneak in, or escape… and the fact that potentially seditious materials are cause for calling the police. there’s the suppressed disciplines of magic, which not even twilight knows about. there is something rotten in equestria, even if it might not be simple as celestia casting a spell so luna cannot disobey her will.

In a nutshell, Tempest is the daughter of Luna. She was exiled after she tried to avenge her mother, and something happened that allowed her to come back 1000 years later… or so it seems. She is proceeding from the obsessed belief that her mother is still trapped, only now it is magical, somehow being controlled by Celestia since her return from the moon, and that it is up to Tempest to finally free her.

Two downvotes? tch. Tough crowd - this took me forever to make…

So what exactly is the premise of the comic again? I remember that the one Yellow Unicorn used magic on an innocent librarian and also asked for unicorn horns for some odd reason.
