glowing canterlot ghoul actualy, or else some kind of radiation born monstrosity of some sort…though this one ‘might’ be a ghoust as the physical puppysmiles is traped in her suit
she might actuly be the only filly that pre battle of the moon rampage could be around for any length of time, as she cant be killed…at least not without tearing her head clean off…which while rampage is capable of this, thats not the angel of death’s mo, she crushes skulls and breaks necks, which while this would render PS dormant, for a moment, and release a cloud of necrotic pink gass that would probly damage rampage enough to reset her, it wouldnt permenently kill her.
Puppysmiles is a ghost. Her eyes apparently glow.
