You’re right. Plus there’s crescent moons over the door. This is very much Luna’s part of the palace.
Also, if you’ll take notice of the “candlelights” to each side of the door, I think you’ll find very simular ones in screenshots of Luna’s bedchamber from Canterlot. ^^
It does seem rather nightly with all those different shades of blue. I think you could be right.
Looks to me like Luna’s wing of the Canterlot palace, perhaps even from the castle of the two sisters in better times.
