“Decent” does not a good deck make. It makes a decent deck. When the ‘Meta Decks’ can produce infinite value, remove your board then OTK you on turn 10, or just never die, It’s difficult for decent to be good. Evolve works only because of Dopplegangster, and that card’s rotating out in April, as well as the entire Evolve package barring just the Death Knight.
They’ve gotten some really, REALLY decent stuff. Just this expansion they got a pretty good spellstone, and an insane evolve mechanic. I think the main problem is that Blizzard can’t decide what they want it to be. It’s never really been one thing, evolve is the most it gets work on, but evolve is one of those things you can’t do a lot with, without breaking the class. At least they didn’t stick with freeze shaman.
If you’ve looked at Shaman at any expansion other than Old Gods, most of their cards are just jokes.
This one, more than any of the cards is just for fun. 4 mana 7/7 joke.
That being said it is still competitive, especially in shaman as it is right now. Cards with overload are rarely a downside, and this is one of those cards you may not run, but it’s good it exists. This would be great in a Snowfury deck because of the high overload. Not to mention, when stats are broken up between two or more bodies, it’s far more reliable. 4/4’s especially so, 4 attack is the most durable attack in the game, priests are rendered useless against it, and it isn’t exactly worth most other removal. 4 attack is also rare enough that nothing trades quite cleanly into these. The most common thing would my 2/2’s, but shaman can easily disable those.
I’m making new cards over reworking existing ones. And I’ve assigned a character to each class, Pinkie being Shaman.
Summon 2 pinkie pies, play a secret to upgrade. (Because she likes surprise parties. And because it would allow you to summon 4 pinkies)
You can only have two copies of a card in your deck, and your deck can consist of only 30 cards, save for outside influence. Summon also means to put to minions on the battlefield, not your hand. And, overload gives you less mana the next turn, so a deck of these wouldn’t be a good idea, it isn’t a great card outside of a one turn temp swing.
Yes, but make your entire deck made up of this card, and Pinkies, and I’m sure whatever’s going on is getting destroyed.
I’ve never played the game, I’ll be honest, but if it’s like Yu-gi-oh when I was younger, then I’d say having a mass amount of Pinkie’s is probably bad news for whoever has to face that.
It only summons two pinkies
