Whoever socked Pinkie ought to be ashamed of themselves. Sure she can be obnoxious, grating, and not know when to quit, but she’s our lovable pink party pony who just wants to make everyone happy… even if they’re just naturally mean and grumpy. That type of non-stop attempt to excite somepony can be pretty irritating to the pony (or griffin) who just wants to be left alone.
 
I’m surprised her Pinkie sense didn’t save her, but it certainly can’t predict everything. Good job with the subtle bits of blood.
