though actually this is evidence that he did not steal their ’magic; just their energy. twili still has her cutie mark. meaning the energy of the staff is finite, if considerable.
The storm king is swinging the staff from side to side, raising/lowering the sun and moon in a very rapid pattern. It happens so fast I had to go frame by frame to get these shots, it kinda blurs together.

Oh, you meant that. Doesnt help at all. Im just wondering why there are 2 scenes that are identical besides the fact that one is day, one is night, and the SK is moved a little but twi is the same.
