Marker Pace and Lightning Rider for a long time have been best of friends and rivals when it comes to out speeding and racing one another on many occasions. Lately, Marker is considering in joining the Wonderbolt Academy, as one of his life long dreams is “to race with or against the very best in the skies” and such. After hanging out with Lightning after he gets back from HiroTech, the latter surprises by giving him his very own personal fullbody racing jumpsuit Ouo: A black and blue version of the Wonderbolt’s uniform with fireproof qualities XD. Happily trying it on, he comments how it fits him like a glove XP  
So now, to fully try it out, there was only one thing left to do: A race between those two!! you know: Another typical lightning vs fire troop X3 Who’ll win is never known until the end, as it’s the wind that’s seemingly calling for another showdown.
