Ah, that explains it. Didn’t notice that in the last panel. Flurry Heart’s diaper is probably like the Tardis, it’s bigger on the inside.
It seems to me that Flurry Heart has somehow been storing the random objects seen in the last panel in her diaper, as indicated when Cadance says that Flurry has begun to “feel heavy these days”.
