Yeah, I very seriously doubt this would be from “Shadow Play”. I also highly doubt they’d be showing clips from the season finale in a season seven promo that aired back in July. Since “Daring Done” takes place in a very Egyptian-themed location and features Pinkie, who seems to be much like Somnambula, I’m gonna go ahead and change the episode tags on this and other Somnambula/sphinx pics that were tagged under “Shadow Play” to “Daring Done”.

After watching “Perfect Pear” I thought whatever episode would be shown after it would be a Tough Act To Follow and would languish under the shadow of such a powerful episode that features the debut of the Apple Parents and guest-voicing Captain James yaying Tiberius Kirk.
 
Thank Goddesses the writers proved me wrong.

As someone already calling this the best season ever, who loves the comics, really didn’t want a Starlight finale, really wished all the various FiM media would tie closer together, who could do with a few more dragons and giant cats in his life, and who thinks this pony of shadows sounds pretty badass…
