The artist implied on her posts that most of the duo designs in this series are intended to be shipping.
So every character duo set in this series that

isn’t family
doesn’t have a canon friendship in-show
have barely even talked with one another
I’ve just gone ahead and marked as shipping.
Or in the rare case it is obvious, like IDW’s pairing.

(Somepony else marked the AJ/ Rarity and the Sunset / Twilight as shipping,
which doesn’t fit the criteria I listed, but honestly,
the artist has posted several obvious ship images of these two pairings)
