Build: Tall and lanky  
Description: Chaotic Good  
Background: Fluttershy and Discord’s daughter, she is immensely loved by her parents, maybe even over protected, her father was close to getting her an inflated ego just like his, but instead, she got his love for messing around with ponies, but the influence of her mother’s kindness makes her more of a teaser. Discord and Fluttershy knew how other ponies treated ponies who were different, and they didn’t want their daughter to have a youth similar to their own, so they decided to home-school her, raising her mostly around Fluttershy’s animals and Discord’s Chaos realm, having some of the mane6 kids over every once in a while to be playmates, thanks to having so little interaction with different circles of ponies, she’s somehow oblivious to social norms  
About: Cat wants to make tons of friends all the time, but ponies, of course, are intimidated by this tall noodle pony, intimidation to which Tar-Tar is oblivious, that and personal space. She always tries to do good and help ponies, more often than not using chaos magic, which usually only makes the trouble worse
