all pony who wear is become more powerfull! she like sinbiot but in perfect harmony! those are in perfect harmony are more powerfull but not more powerfull as a alicorn or discord! but not all pony want be one with her! the magic is more power by what race of pony mare wear her! if is a eath pony or a pegasus wear her the magic is 2 time more powerfull and can use magic plus what the pony are good! note Fluttershy wear her , the she will fly half faster and use magic spell but the magic spell come form Glad rags! but if is unicorn wear her the magic will become 4 time more powerfull and both know spell is will very usefull. but alicorn the magic will become 1000x2 time more powerfull! *note a alicorn the size of over twilight or cadance can’t use her! so celestia and luna Can’t use her! both are too big for Glad rags, this will hurt her by try to cover Celestia or luna! Glad rags can only cover a pony the same size of her! so by the time she be a filly , only a filly can were her but as mare, only a mare can wear her! Sort of what I’m going for is a difference in values kind of thing. Like, monster or not it’s a dress, and dresses are meant to be worn, so to her being worn would be a normal thing she’d want and look for. To everyone else, it’s weird and kind of lewd XD

Sort of the roundabout logic I used was the dress monsters were the creation of the Tantibus, who was the creation of Luna, so in a way they’re “related”. Thus, her pony parts need to look modelish and princessy :D
