9,000,000 men devided over 365.25 days in an earth year is 24641 men per day, or 1027 per an hour, 17 per min, or one every 3.5 seconds. Talk about fast.
 
However its fair to guess that she didnt take them all one by one, so lets assume she took an average of 3 at a time, which would effectivly tripple the time in the calculation, ending up lasting 10.5 seconds.
 
Aditonally it is not known what planet this event took place, so lets just say it happend on pluto becouse yes. Plutos year is aproximately 248 times longer then an earth year. When combined with an assumed 3 at a time average this ends up with each man lasting 43 mins and 24 seconds.
