Eh, usually high quality Sonic art can maintain a positive rating. Yes, most likely a far lower rating than deserved, but positive nonetheless.
This piece, despite being fairly well drawn, has a negative score. So I think dropping atomic bombs onto Ember’s head and Rainbow Dash being a homewrecker pushed this pic over the edge here.
But out of all those things, the one that’s actually attracting the downvotes is Sonic.
Thats not the whole story. This is also fanfic art based on a very controversial fic. And not merely because of Sonic, but because it had such lovely things as Rainbow Dash being a home wrecker, and Celestia helping a foreign drop nukes on the dragon lands. As in actual, literal nuclear bombs, with uranium and everything.
