T’is my duty as a vore artist.

maybe she just kinda seems ventriloquisty.
…As opposed to talking with your mouth closed?
I think you’re confusing being afraid of a fetish because your brain isn’t ready to accept you like it with not liking it, as that exact same thing happened with me and vore. I disliked it a lot at first and then just took some time to get warmed up to it, but I know from clues in my childhood that I liked it all along subconsciously and just had to actually accept it instead of constantly fighting with my brain about it as that’ll get you nowhere quick.
Regardless I don’t know what is considered a non-sexual fetish anyways, like vore arguably isn’t even sexual, or something like inflation, but the reason people like its arousing or whatever to them. Without that you just like how something looks because it’s shiny or something lol.
Actually, that’s wrong. You can’t convince someone to like it, but fetishes can be gained. You can get a fetish for something you absolutely hated at one point. It’s happened to me before, so I know from experience. However, if a fetish isn’t sexual in nature, I don’t think I’ll personally ever gain it. Vore, for example.
There’ve been several people who tell me they didn’t like vore or inflation or flattening until they saw something of mine. Whether that’s because they like the art style, my characters, or because they’ve never found specific scenarios that appeal to them like mine do, I have no idea, but if I can get people to appreciate something they previously disliked, mission accomplished. Even if that means finding it cute or funny and nothing more, that’s fine; that’s what those toon gimmicks were created for in the first place. c:
Indeed, if this was more about like reducing people’s mindless hatred of such things, then that’d be fine (though there are waaay too many people out there much too silly to consider that not everyone likes the same stuff, but such is the world). This message though is pretty clearly talking about actually getting people to like the fetish and acting like just simply disliking it is bad which is silly. The case is usually you like it from a very young age just due to how your brain was created or you don’t like it, pretty simple.
Yeah… you can explain it, and maaaaybe they can kind of understand. Almost no chance of “converting” them though, as if that’s even necessary.

It’s almost a shame it’s not going to convince me to start appreciating vore.
…because I already do <3
