There’s some myths around here that say that you need to say their true birth (read, Christian) name to restore a man cursed into the shape of a wolf.
Piss easy when it’s Bob Smith the barkeep with the distinctly notched ear, bit harder when it’s the whole town and only the local hunter was out of town.
Doesn’t get used much nowadays because… well, it’s about as dramatic as the protagonist and antagonist talking their differences out over tea.
If I remember right you just have to find and destroy/kill whatever gave them the werewolf curse, which could be another werewolf, a cursed item, or demonic wolf.
