Honestly, at the time I could only come up with what was running through my head, so pardon that.
We shouldn’t compare to what’s being written in a show to being in a real life situation, so that sort of comparison is irrelevant.
BTW, I actually had a dream last night seeing all the ponies in the temple hallway where all the sand or water (or whatever that was) was coming down, and the giant crocodile was behind Quibble Pants. Then a moment later, the monster eats the fucker. That should’ve happened in the show!

I thought his reactions and attitude were realistic in the given situation. And my opinion is completely opposite of yours. I thought it was great writing and helped move the plot forward.
