If there is no “pattern,” then it’s an odd coincidence Sonic crossover pics usually get many more downvotes then other crossovers, or even worse ones. Even the decent ones get more downvotes then the worst pics based on others.
I understand Sonic has become a controversial series lately, but if there aren’t any dedicated Sanik-haters downvoting every Sanik pic for jollies then I’ll be quite amazed. (And yes, I’m aware a few Sonic pics managed to avoid Derpibooru’s “Sonic curse.”)

…Before the following issues forced them apart permanently. Oo-er, I don’t think the editor meant to parallel that part of the story.
There is no usual gang. There’s no pattern to downvotes on sonic images.
Whoops, spoke too soon– the other half of The Usual Gang showed up eventually.
I know, right? It’s so good half the people who downvote every single %#$@ Sanic crossover image regardless of quality (or wallity) actually stayed away this time!
It can be done, after all!
