“Rune Factory: Equus” by ArtieStroke
ArtieStroke: “So, I’ve been working on this for QUITE some time, now. I have to say: I am pleased! The basic concept of this is: Take Rune Factory Frontier, add in a few ponies, make some slight changes to mesh them together well, and voila! The main character you play as is Caramel (The Raguna of the game). Seeing as how it’s a fairly acceptable plot device, I would keep the whole amnesia thing. All the other characters you see on the cover are the eligible bachelorettes: Twilight, Trixie, AJ, Rarity, Pinkie, Zecora, Ditzy, Dash, Fluttershy, and CT. There are also plenty of NPC’s, including the Mayor, Spike, Big Macintosh, the CMC, the Doctor, Cheerilee, and other important backgrounders. Antagonists from the show also make appearances for plot points (depending on who you romance)
Now, for character roles.
Weapons are bought from Rainbow Dash. Unlike Ganesha, who actually smiths the weapons in-game, Dash’s weapons for sale are the result of adventuring and bringing back her spoils (which make the chance at buying a more rare weapon possible)
Armor can be bought from Rarity at the Carousel Boutique, for obvious reasons.
Spike and Twilight run the library, though Spike is the one who manages book sales.
AJ is the one who gives you the farmhouse in the beginning, and brings your crops from the sales bin to market.
Big Macintosh and Applebloom run the general store, where you can buy most necessities. Big Mac also does house expansions.
Carrot Top sells you seeds for your fields.
Ditzy delivers the mail (duh)
Pinkie runs the equivalent of the tavern, and sells you foodstuffs (the tavern is also a place for initiating many a funny drunken conversation, and Berry Punch is a frequent patron)
The Bathhouse is replaced by the Spa, run by Aloe and Lotus (and allows a full RP recovery)
Zecora sells potions and alchemical solutions (and her house is located in the Everfree Forest, making her the locational equivalent of Iris)
Fluttershy acts like the Tabitha of the games, checking up on your animals once you start filling up your barn. She’ll also be the one you go to for emergency medical care.
Most everyone else just fill character roles. Trixie rolls into town after Twi and Spike, and basically starts up a rivarly of sorts. The CMC cause hijinks that you’ll have to save them from, Cheerilee plays into Big Mac’s storyline, and other such things.”

Caramel looks like Cliff from Harvest Moon FoMT. Not to mention Cliff’s love interest is Ann, who has the antics of Applejack.
