Oh yeah one of those things. It’s been SO LONG since I’ve had real food that I’ve forgotten.
In America, it usually refers to a cup filled with layers of granola, yogurt, and fruit.
I think it can also refer to a desert item, which is constructed similarly but uses icecream instead of yogurt. But I don’t have much experience with those, so I can’t say much…

I prefer onions both raw or fried as onion rings. :D

I remember tying those to my belt, which was the style at the time.
