It kinda looks like she was just startled by something. If she was jumpy even with the gems, loss of her power would probably leave her somewhere around Fluttershy’s level in terms of easiness to startle, which sounds huggably cute. :3

I think it’s all four. Her secret plan has been revealed, someone insulted the poof and claimed that the Rainbooms were the superior band. Also, the Hasbro executive told her that her contracts’ over.  
I’ve got the rope.

Multiple possibilities here.
 
One: Someone accidentally blabbed an important detail of her latest plan. Might’ve been Sonata, but I’ve got suspicions that it was Aria.
 
Two: Someone insulted the poof. In that case, I’ll get the wood ready. Feel free to bring the rope so we can burn the heretic.
 
Three: Someone just said the Rainblossoms were a better band than theirs. In that case, I refer you to my earlier comment of burning the heretic.
 
Or Four: A Hasbro exec just informed them that they won’t be showing up anytime soon in any form.
