I’m sorry but I have to disappoint you, none of them are changelings. But that doesn’t mean the story isn’t twisted, it will take at least 30 chapters to fully understand Lyra’s past. :)  
And about 18 for BonBon’s past.

Pretty soft for a Sony.
I really like the idea of Lyra being a changeling and Bon Bon building up a relationship around it.  
Maybe it’s the ideas of forgiveness, tolerance and understanding. But I could maybe even accept the idea that Bon Bon was able to see Lyras true changeling form while in the forest Maybe something had happened there that caused Lyra to loose her memories, I dunno, either way the story is good so far!

There’s about 48 chapters till the royal wedding, so waiting till then to explain her past would be a bit too long I think. :) Instead, you’ll get it in small doses.
 
I didn’t change the magic color on the last two pages however. The sudden change will be explained indirectly more or less on the next page. :)

Shame I was hoping she was a changeling and you would find it out during the wedding when her memories were reactivated along with Colegate and Twinkleshines then lost again after the shield.
