She wouldn’t be going to prison without proof, and ‘probably’ doesn’t really cut it… Unless there definitively was evidence of a witness, I think it can be safely said that she wouldn’t be incarcerated. And besides, in that case Twilight should have gone to prison for her crimes regarding casting the ‘want-it need-it’ spell on a doll and making a mass of ponies violently assault each other over it…

Ugh. You saw how she freaked out at the hospital for a few days. I can sympathize there. I’d completely lose it facing jail time. I think she might, too, considering her reaction to a few days’ hospitalization.
Dashie stole some stuff, like expensive jewelry (also a book) causing her friends to report her and get her in trouble. also, she kinda destroyed a weather factory as well
she tried to escape once she was arrested, and now ended up with an even worse prison sentence. still friends with all the ponies she loves, though :)
