I think it might have to do with her being out of touch with how much had changed after she first came back waaay back in season one and my guess would be she saw somepony playing some electronic games and ended up taking to them like a fish takes to water. That’s just my guess about it though.

I came into the fandom kinda late, around the start of season 4. I’m not sure how Princess Luna was voted “princess most likely to really enjoy videogames” but I know that I enjoy it :3
