I get addicted to certain games, like LOL or Sc2, then play some pvp on purpose, which then cases me to rage quit them and delete the games from my comp. lol.
never did that with Rift though, ended up playing that for 2 years plus >.> (more due to being in a guild taking world worsts and being the top dps warrior in game, though, haha)

People joke about those games being addicting, but I actually had to physically destroy my copy because it was starting to seriously affect my daily life.

Or playing one of the Civ games!
