Increasing the dimensions of the image doesn’t make it ‘higher quality’, it just makes it uglier. It was merged back because the other edit was pointless and terrible-looking.
 
Yes, this one is small, but it’s the largest you could have gotten with the screencap that was available. In other words, this is the best version possible.
