Same here. My parents and most of my closest friends are back east. I live in Seattle so I don’t get to make too many trips to visit them.
I spent my Thanksgiving having a nice peaceful meal in a nice restaurant. The food was expensive but I like to treat myself to something nice every now and then. Cooking for one is such a drag and I do that just about every day.
