Typically drugs with that effect tend to either be temporary or have some nasty side effects. Like how chloroform is actually about 80% fatal. Also, everyone pictured is fully alert, meaning that it is highly unlikely they are drugged.
If I have to point out anime and action heroines are likely drugged to make them weak enough to keep bound one more time, I will key my own car. XD
